On the occasion of the 67th International Festival of Contemporary Music in Venice, Spazio Berlendis will host a conversation between Maestro Francesco Filidei and Philosopher Stefano Busellato, dedicated to the relationship between philosophy and music, to be held on Saturday 21 October 2023 at 5:30 pm.
The event will retrace the stages of their collaboration. In particular, the proposed discussion will focus on the genesis of the Opera dedicated to Giordano Bruno, a production that has already been recognised as one of the most significant on the contemporary world scene.
Francesco Filidei and Stefano Busellato are currently collaborating on a new opera commissioned by the Teatro alla Scala together with the Opéra National de Paris based on Umberto Eco’s novel Il nome della Rosa.
